• Plex is buffering, or my quality is really bad. What do I do?

  • Try lowering your quality in settings. Try to wire your internet connection to your device if possible. Get a better streaming device, like an Amazon Fire TV instead of using Smart TV apps.

• How do I request something?

  • You can click Requests, here or above.

• I am getting a Playback error. What's up?

  • If you have a Samsung Smart TV and are using the onboard Plex app, please read this article. You need to enable Insecure Connections due to a certification error on Samsung Smart TVs.

• How do I know if my request has been fulfilled?

  • Ombi will send you an e-mail when your request has been fulfilled. You will also get a weekly newsletter of new content.

• How long does it take for a request to get fulfilled?

  • Movies generally take a few hours, TV Seasons up to a day or two. New TV episodes tend to be up in an hour or two from airing. Results may vary.

• Can I search in Plex?

  • There's no need to ask if something is on Litflix, cause it probably is. Even still, Plex has an excellent search feature. You can even search by Director and Actor. I've also made several custom collections to help you narrow things down, available under Movies>Library or Movies>Collections.

• How can I filter this crazy long list of movies?

  • Plex has the ability to filter your library. For example, go to the movie library, and find where it says All or something similar. You can then filter down the list by nearly every criteria. This is especially useful if you're in the mood for a particular genre like horror or sci-fi. You can create Smart Playlists from these selections as well. Or you could check out one of my hand-selected Collections (Movies>Library / Movies>Collections) to find something new.

• What is a preroll?

  • A preroll is a short video that plays before your movie, to get you in the LITFLIX vibe. All prerolls are lovingly created by LITFLIX. You should get one before a movie by default. If you don't, change the setting "Cinema Trailers to Play Before Movies" to 1. They don't play before TV shows.

• I love watching prerolls, finding my self restarting movies over and over just to watch them! Can't I just watch them whenever I want?

  • Yes! We all love prerolls. I created a Preroll library, so you can watch any of your favorite prerolls On Demand. You can also shuffle through the whole library.
